Engagement Manager (Sr. Business Analyst)

Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. The platform deals with 20M+ impressions per day, real-time optimization algorithms, a scalable & intuitive analytics platform and more - all developed in-house. We are currently a 70+ people team; and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends’ market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services

In pursuit of this, Sokrati seeks to hire talented Engagement Managers who'd help Sokrati build strong relationships of great performance & trust amongst its Clientele and spread the word about how we offer the best possible Digital Advertising experience in the industry.

You’d need to be Awesome at:

- Singing Sokrati’s Product & Service Offering & understand technology aspects of it on the back-end

- Strategizing Client’s Marketing brief & take prioritization decisions for the team to deliver on

- Ability to command respect & drive meetings with CXO level members

- Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact

- Opportunistic around cross-selling & up-selling to grow client relationship with Sokrati

- Being on top of Industry Updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective

- Engaging with newly converted Clients to ensure smoother transition to Account Management team

- Managing & prioritizing Prospects Pipeline – in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals

If you are:

- 3+ years of Client Management & Analytics experience (Technology / Marketing Industry preferred)

- Geek at heart

- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it

- A great Story Teller
