Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. The platform deals with 20M+ impressions per day, real-time optimization algorithms, a scalable & intuitive analytics platform and more - all developed in-house.

“Sokrati for Local” is a SaaS product built inhouse, catering to digital advertising needs of SMBs globally.

In pursuit of this, Sokrati seeks to hire talented Partner Operations Manager(Sokrati for Local) who'd help Sokratimanage its operations and build strong relationships of great performance & trust amongst its Agency Partners.

You’d need to be Awesome at:

- Managing a team of associates and ensuring that client requests & issues are resolved as per pre-defined SLAs

- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills

- Ability to command respect & drive meetings with Agency Partners

- Establishing processes & quality metrics

- Thinking Product & Feature Ideas

If you are:

- 4+ years of experience (atleast 2 years in Client Management & Operations)

- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it

- Aggressive & Take Control

- Detail Junkie

- And most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction
