Sokrati is looking for an energetic and a strategically minded dynamic Sales Training Manager to lead the Training & Process Management function for one of its business units.
Title : Sales Training Manager
Location : Pune
Role Objective : Maximizes sales & product delivery effectiveness by solving internal and external sales training needs / developments
The key deliverable in this role will be :
- Champion structured training to sales/ customer facing personnel of Sokrati SMB business unit.
- Design, Develop & Deliver instructional & selling material decks for unit members from time to time in sync with new product launches, campaigns, refresher training
- Develop appropriate selling & communication skills in identified resources through a monthly / quarterly plan with budgets
- Partner with Channel Marketing and Channel Sales leadership to create sales content for partners / business associates
- Deliver training onsite at partner locations or regionally as required in addition to Sokrati Head Quarters/ centralized Locations
- Innovate training delivery for remote access with the implementation of tools and content specifically designed for remote access
- Consult with Sokrati sales leadership on issues, gaps and needs and recommend appropriate strategic training solutions / new practices, processes, metrics, or models
Desired Skill Sets :
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, MBA will be a plus
- 3+ years of training experience in a software / SAAS product environment, Concept Product Training experience, start up experience will be a huge bonus
- Demonstrated Program Management expertise & ability to successfully drive initiatives cross functionally
- High energy levels, integrity, and presence that enables working with & motivating both internal cum external customers
- Self-reliant and takes initiative to get things done especially in a start up zone, Good time management & prioritizing skills
- Must be proficient with MS PowerPoint & other eLearning tools
- Understand instructional design and execute design and development process
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to improvise when needed
- Self-motivated, ability to handle stress and action-oriented
