Job Description :
If you have a knack for cracking digital advertising challenges, then you are the one we are looking for. The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing digital advertising performance for the corporate website and other online product assets from various sources such as social media, direct, search and referral website traffic and various other campaigns to recommend and drive optimizations to meet a desired goal.
Since the role connects with various functions internal and external to the organization, the digital performance manager needs to have atleast a basic understanding of how various sub-functions in marketing such as content marketing, branding and demand generation work together as a sum.
The ideal individual for this role, is passionate about the digital advertising industry with 3-5 years in similar functions. This individual will be responsible and be able to take decisions on the fly to maximize digital marketing performance for sokrati.com. The role is based out of Pune and will report to the head of marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor cross-channel marketing campaigns and other digital activity to increase site traffic, drive brand engagement and further generate leads and sales
- Own, manage and grow digital channel strategies
- Work closely with internal content specialists and external agencies to match the campaign topic and the optimal channel to maximize campaign impact and goals
- Explore new and innovative marketing channels to reach core demographics, e.g. Programmatic media and emerging technologies
- Serve as the lead for the website team, advising on PPC/SEO and website development plans
- Responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further -sales and marketing opportunities, and effectively communicating this to all senior management
- Continually implement A/B and Multivariate Testing initiatives to iteratively improve the UX and effectiveness of owned digital channels
- Be an expert with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools to maintain a best-in-class measurement system
- Build, watch and maintain the digital advertising budget and track success metrics
