Sokrati, India's leading Digital Marketing and Analytics firm is looking for Sales Engineering Lead (SEL) with specific experience and competencies to spearhead the organization towards its next level of growth. This is a consultative selling role, where the SEL with partner with the front-end sales team to understand the industry, the competition, client's current state, and decide on the pitch and the proposal. SEL is also a key contributor to Sokrati's growth landscape - New verticals to target, growth within same verticals, competiton analysis and Product / Engagement enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Participate in pricing the product/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (Case-Studies, Collateral, Decks) are in place.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA degree from a good B-school
- 4+ years in Business Development and / or consultative selling roles. Strategy consulting experience a plus.
- Passion to be on top of relevant industry trends & share best practices within the team
- Amazing story-telling skills to influence senior management & the world at large
- Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to create blogs/marketing collateral/decks regularly to enable indirect sales effectively
