AVP/Manager - Client Engagement

For us to move more rapidly, we need a talented Engagement Managers who- d help Sokrati build strong relationships based on delivered performance and trust amongst its clientele and spread the word about our expertise and experience in the Digital Advertising industry.

You'd need to be awesome at :

- Full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and client management

- Walking the talk with Sokrati's product and service offerings and understand its backend technology aspects

- Understand the client's business objectives and their Digital Marketing strategy

- Strategizing client's marketing brief & take prioritization decisions for the team to deliver results

- Ability to command respect & drive meetings with CxO level members

- Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact

- Be the heart, mind and voice of the client within Sokrati

- P&L ownership and opportunistic with cross selling and up-selling to expand the client's relationship with Sokrati

- Matrix manage a team of channel strategists and business operations team to drive multiple programs to completion

- Being current with industry updates from technology, competition & functionality perspectives

- Managing & prioritizing the prospects pipeline in line with monthly, quarterly and yearly goals

If you are :

- 5+ years of client management or client facing Program Management experience (Technology/Marketing industry preferred)

- A great story teller and an elegant negotiator

- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it

- Aggressive & take control mindset

- Highly organized

- And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for every ounce of their satisfaction
