Sokrati, India's leading Marketing Automation and Analytics firm, is looking for Account Managers with specific experience and competencies to spearhead the organization towards its next level of growth.
@Sokrati you will:
Engage and delivery value Sokrati's global customer base in the mid-segment eCommerce vertical
Own the entire customer experience - from onboarding to strategy consulting to soliciting testimonials and references
Be responsible for growth & revenue targets from the customers with timely & relevant x-sells / up-sells
Evangelize product usage & adoption by creating appropriate collaterals & training sessions with the customers
Be customer champion internally by working with cross functional teams including the product, operations & sales teams
Define & calibrate customer engagement processes & SLAs to ensure timely delivery of various commitments made to the customers
Drive thought leadership in the industry by leveraging various networking opportunities in offline and online events
You- d fit right in, If you have:
Tier I or Tier II B-school education
2+ years of Business development / Customer Engagement experience preferably in Digital ecospace
Strong inclination towards Data & Analytics
Passion about customer experience & revenue ownership
Personality that is a combination of passion, storytelling, team player, emotional intelligence and a powerful work ethic
Experience in a startup environment is a booster
