Through our unique learning pedagogy that leverages multiple intelligences, we live our Vision of building leaders with solid character, the desired competence and resilient enthusiasm.  Besides graduating over 600+ alumni from its seven-full time one-year leadership programs i.e. Business leadership, Marketing Leadership and Human resource leadership, it has over one thousand alumni from its custom built and open enrollment executive education program.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (IN RESPECTIVE REGION)  - To create brand awareness amongst potential recruiters & thought leaders in order to engage and strengthen corporate partnerships  - To build new key accounts and maintain long term strategic partnerships  - To identify projects/ internship opportunities for students  - To represent SOIL for all facets of its functioning including executive education in its relationships with corporates  - To provide employment opportunities for students and prepare them to match expectations of the companies in the region  KEY SKILLS  - Relationship management skills   - Ability to influence and persuade decision makers   - Excellent negotiation skills   - Excellent oral and written communication skills   - Planning, Organizing and Execution  - Strong problem solving skills  IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE  - Master's degree from a leading B school  - 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales/Key Account management/Corporate Relationship Management/Business development preferably Business School or similar education institute  - Strong process and system orientation with ability to work in a dynamic environment   - Ability to work as team and manage projects independently  - Work Location will be Gurgaon
