SoGo Survey - Project Manager (Bandra) &nbsp;Job Duties: - Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. - Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed - Developing schedules and methods for measuring results - Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project - Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion - Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities - Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products - Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications. - Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. - Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. - Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications / Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology field Engineering background (Graduation in BE / BTech, BSC, BCA / MCA) is a pre-requisite - Aggregate percentage of SSC / HSC or equivalent levels should be above 60 % - Excellent Advance Excel/Word and PPT skills (3+ years aggressive experience) - Extremely hands on experience Personal Skills: - Extremely innovative - Excellent Written and verbal communication skills - Excellent decision making - Strong analytical skills - Proven ability to lead a team - Similar experience - Capacity to manage high stress situations - Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously - Leadership skills - Big-picture thinking and vision - Attention to detail - Conflict resolution skills
