Software Specialist - Oracle/FCCS & EPRCS

Software Specialist Oracle (FCCS & EPRCS) (for Indonesia)

Job Purpose: To specifically manage the Oracle financial consolidation software (FCCS & EPRCS) at the IRC Group level, and also the existing Oracle ERP modules.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintenance of FCCS & EPRCS system and troubleshooting based on user feedback and requirements

2. Responsible for improvement of FCCS & EPRCS system and troubleshooting based on user feedback, and requirements for any new system functionalities from Oracle

3. Modification / Improvement of existing Oracle ERP Modules as per user requirements

4. System Integration - designing and development of Scripts to capture data automatically from other IT and OT systems

Key Interactions:

- External: Oracle FCCS Team/Implementation Partners

- Internal: Singapore Finance Team/All Entities Finance Teams/Local IT Teams

Education & Experience :

- Minimum B.Tech in IT / Computer Science

- Overall minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with 2-3 years experience in FCCS & EPRCS implementation and maintenance

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Oracle/SAP ERP

Skills / Knowledge / Competencies:

- Strong techno-functional knowledge of FCCS & EPRCS

- Functional Knowledge of Financial Modules & Consolidation

- Technical & Functional Knowledge of Oracle/SAP ERP

- Oracle Applications Forms & Reports Customization

- Knowledge of the Latest IT Technology

- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms, Cybersecurity

- Team player with strong problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders globally
