We are hiring Product Manager for an e-commerce company  Desired Profile:  - Candidate should have worked as a Product Manager at least for 1 year.  - Experience in mobile application will be preferred.  - Startup work experience will be a great plus.  Responsibilities:  - Understanding the customer needs and pain points and help in defining the product roadmap.  - Identify the core product metrics and continuously work to measure and improve them.  - Gather product feature requirements, come up with PRDs, wireframes and other document and work with the tech and ux/ui team to translate those into real product and features.  - Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends.
