Hiring for a Banking IT Product Company

- Looking for candidates with at least 8+ years of experience in Software Product Development for Banking clients.

- Candidates with experience in finacle preferred.

- Must have done Product Engineering & Developed & Architect of B2B/B2C product

- Must have done product engineering for domains related to Core Banking, Lending, Payments

- Provide direction to Design, Development, Implementation & Support teams

- Creating framework for compliance, governance, metrics & SLA and pricing

- Evaluating IT Products and facilitating M&A

- Re-engineer components for scalability

- Must be strong in coding

- Hands on Mandatory

- Must have stake holding and team management

- BFSI domain knowledge prefer
