Software Manager - Product Company

My client who is a Multi Billion dollar Australian Based Product Organization & A global leader in anatomical pathology solutions and automation, striving to advance cancer diagnostics to improve patients' lives. is hiring for the following Positions for the India Development Center, Bangalore.

- Graduate or post-graduate qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic). Alternatively, equivalent experience in related field may be acceptable.

- A minimum of 10 years experience in Software Development with experience in all areas of the software development lifecycle.

- Experience in product development for a global market.

- Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies.

- Proven experience in building, developing and motivating teams with the ability to manage the team through influence and leadership skills.

- Work related experience of 4+ years in the management of staff numbering in excess of 10 persons

- Experience with the following tools and technologies:

Microsoft .Net and related tools Mandatory

MS Windows OS environments.

Configuration management and continuous build tools e.g. GIT and TeamCity

Issue management tools e.g. JIRA
