Software Development Manager-Java with Top Ecommerce Comapny

- Must have at least 7 years experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market.

- Strong understanding of the software development cycle. Experience with managing the development of SaaS and cloud based applications.

- Experience in MVC and Java programming and J2EE/JBoss application server software development (EJB, JMS, JDBC, JTA) and Portal development (Portlets, iFrame, widgets, common single sign on and identity management frameworks/web & data security, etc).

- Knowledge of Hibernate framework.

- Experience with EJB 3 and/or Spring frameworks. Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL).

- Understanding of Swing.Experience with Apache.

- Familiarity with Adobe Flex/Flash, HTML5.Familiarity with Mobile Application Development platforms will be a plus.

- Familiarity with AJAX, JQuery and equivalent technologies.Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues and manage issue and problem resolutions.

- Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices.High command of verbal and written English.

- Work closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system's functional and non functional requirements.

- Demonstrate leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software upgrades,enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules.

- Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state of the art technologies
