Software Development Manager

We are looking for Software Development Manager, for driving technology & best practices in Engineering for one of our clients.

The Responsibilities for the same would be :

- To create an environment and team that delivers outstanding software as fast as possible while having fun.

- In addition to other assigned duties, you will have two primary areas of responsibility, developing a team of direct reports and second be accountable for the success of one or more projects assigned to you.

- You- re responsible for a great group of developers and making them greater.

- You- ll evaluate and coach developers to continually improve their performance as both technologists and employees.

Basic Qualification :

- Substantive experience in building innovative and complex software. Strong technical credentials, with at least 9+ years of software development experience with 3+ years leading/managing software development teams (total 12+ years of industry experience).

- Hands-on experience of developing large scale, customer focused services.

- Experience with agile development projects.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and designing for performance and scale.

- Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Computer Science required.
