Position: Software Development Engineering Manager

Education & Experience: BE/ME with 12 + Years of which at least last 4 years in managing team of 15 + members

Essential Skills

- Embedded Networking Software Development

- Experience leading software release teams across multiple geographies and functions.

- Demonstrated people development and performance management skills

- Strong presentation, communication, documentation, influencing, networking and relationship management skills

- Excellent program management skills

- A strong work ethic and leadership by example

Additional skills preferred

- Management of geographically diverse teams and projects with contractors

- Ability to persuasively obtain the team’s buy-in

- Familiar with Broadcom chipsets

- Background in hands on real time SW

- Strong fundamental knowledge in networking, software algorithms, software architectures, design principles, data structures

- Strong understanding of networking hardware and software

- Knowledge of embedded systems software based on real time operating systems such as Linux

- Familiar with networking software development specifics such as Routing Protocols.
