For a mid sized, well established IT organisation head quartered in Mumbai  Reporting : Directly to CEO  Location : Mumbai (Andheri East)  Education : BE + MBA / if not a BE then MBA from a premium Institute.  Experience : 22 - 28 years exp ( minimum 22 years is a must )  Salary for this position: around 40 Lacs pa  Must Haves :   - Must be from a start up / small to mid sized Software Service Delivery Organisation  - Must be someone strong in technology who can work on new businesses end-to-end right from conceptualization, delivery and business development perspectives  - Should not be from product organizations  - Must have handled tam sizes of 200-300 people.  - Must have domain experience of Capital markets, Insurance and Banking sectors.  - Should have Account management experience chasing revenue target (through mining and growing existing accounts); work closely with the Sales team to architect solutions for new business as well.  - A fast-tracker/ thinker who is also a go-getter and has passion to excel and grow
