Job Description:

As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of software solutions to address complex business problems. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be pivotal in guiding the Development team and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, bridging the gap between Software Requirements and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and shape the product roadmap and strategy

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the delivery teams in line with architectural development documentation

- Ensure technical excellence and alignment with core KPIs in the development of systems and solutions

- Maximize the value of systems through technical sustainability, longevity, and reusability

- Support the setup of delivery teams and engage in multiple design activities and projects

Desired Profile:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect who excels in driving software design from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical design concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in software development and architecture (10+ years)

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex hardware and software issues

- Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques for systems of software design

- Hands-on experience with embedded system platforms

- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++

- In-depth understanding of OS systems and internals (Unix, Linux)

- Ability to provide realistic and executable project-related technical estimations

- Degree or equivalent experience in software/systems engineering

- Experience in automotive development standards and processes

- Solid understanding of agile development practices

- Knowledge of networking systems, web standards, and cloud architectures
