Software AG - Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Software AG is seeking qualified candidates Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager level with core project management and Agile delivery experience to manage and deliver solutions to solve our client's most critical business needs. - Should have managed multiple critical projects as the project manager and/or SCRUM Master

- Should have experience in working with multi-cultural global teams and customers

- Should have managed engagements of more than 10+ resources, and should be familiar with all aspects of project management.

- Assumes responsibility for a project and provides leadership in setting up project from initiation to implementation and ensuring that customer, people and business goals are met while delivering high quality solutions

- Recommends and implements process improvements with focus on innovation and value to customers

- Delivery of development projects including Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN or LEAN) delivery

- Some overseas experience working directly at customer locations is must. 

- Excellent customer and people management skills 

- Experience on middleware technologies is preferred.

- Experience working on proposal/bids

- Must have strong understanding of estimation techniques, project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders (internal and external).

- Should be ready to extend beyond role definition and contribute to organizational growth and maturity.

Mandatory:-

 - Working experience in Agile Delivery, Risk Management & Fixed Price Projects is a MUST

- Experience:- 10 to 15 years of industry experience with 3+ years of Project Management/SCRUM Master experience

- Education:- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
