Job description :
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Experience in analytical consulting sales, mgmt consulting sales, or tech services is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Learn what our firm does, internalize our value proposition, and communicate it succinctly
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients
- Contact potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Lead appointments consistently with executives to talk about our services
- Help to sell consulting engagements
- Assist in writing/editing proposals and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Gather names and contact info of additional stakeholders within targeted accounts
- Document everything fastidiously within our CRM and daily sales pursuit tracking sheet
