Softratech Info - Project Manager - Testing - Property & Causality Insurance Domain

Job Description:

1. Should have managed team sizes of minimum 25 30 people and should be ready to Handle team sizes of volume 100+

2. Should have full exposure and a good understanding of all types of testing and the activities that happen in testing. E.g., Manual testing, testing of Jobs, Test automation and tools, overview and when to do/involve non functional testing

3. Should be able to create test strategies of Large key programs and review them when required

4. Should have communication and presentation skills needed to handle LoB heads and App Dev managers

5. Should be able to write/submit proposals, estimates

6. Should have domain understanding of P & C insurance and should be able to find gaps and train the team members

7. Should be able to handle team members conflicts, onsite offshore conflicts and resolve them

- Experienced in P&C insurance business processes to effectively understand and manage projects Solution, Estimate, Plan and Execute testing engagements

- Ensure quality project delivery without customer escalations on time and within budget

- Review and ensure quality on all the deliverables Code, Test cases, Automation suite etc

- Track multiple projects to ensure regular progress, identify issues / challenges and remediate them

- Should be able to estimate, write legal contracts and ensure process adherence for the project/program

- Should be able to handhold, mentor and build next level leads

- Exposure in managing fixed price engagements

- Should have worked in Agile environment

- Prefer SDETs with both Technical and QA knowledge

- Strong communication with customer management skills
