Softobiz Technologies - Technical Delivery Manager

- Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.

- Lead on and off shore Teams, planning, executing, and tracking multiple projects schedules and scope.

- Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.

- Identify and anticipate issues and risks. Be prepared to manage issues and risks that may arise and resolve issues that prevent project success.

- Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and or change control process.

- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.

- Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.

- Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency.

- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.

- Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe.

Experience:

- 8+ years of relevant experience;

- Good technical experience in Java/.NET/node, Angular, DevOps and open source projects.

- Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.

- Experience working in Agile process and result-oriented culture;

- Deep program management experience managing multiple projects varying in size at one time; PMP/Scrum master certifications preferred

Skills:

- Technical experience in Java/.NET/node, and frontend technologies like Angular, React, VueJS

- Understanding and experience working with cl AWS, Azure

- Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe.

- Project Management skills including Estimating, Scope Management, Budget Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Issue/Conflict Resolution, Communication Management, Quality Management, Testing Plans, Training Plans, Team Management

- Creativity, motivation, and strong communication;

- Superior written and oral communication skills;

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.

Technical Skills

- Programming languages: Java/.NET/node, and frontend technologies like Angular, React, VueJS

- Cloud: AWS, Azure or GCP and related DevOps tools

- Knowledge of building and consuming REST API

- Understanding of microservices based architecture is good
