Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promptly escalating any client concerns.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for project expansion and additional work.
- Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, efficiently coordinating all project aspects.
- Evaluate project team output, including time, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive daily project management activities, conducting regular status updates and team meetings.
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget, aligning with project goals and vision.
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary for prompt resolution.
- Implement innovative processes utilizing technology and domain expertise to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention.
- Apply extensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology for effective project implementation.
- Pursue personal development opportunities and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Possess proficient written and oral English language skills.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and leadership skills to drive project success.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a project manager.
- Experience working with Agile methodology; Preferred certifications: Prince 2, PMP, or PMI Agile Certified.
- Extensive knowledge of implementing projects using Agile/Scrum.
- Identify areas of personal development and propose solutions.
