Softcell Technologies - Manager - Product Marketing

- We are hiring for the position of a Product Marketing Manager who has to conceptualise, plan, supervise and execute all marketing and corporate communication activities of Softcell.

- The Product Marketing Manager has to lead, guide and execute marketing programs that will enable Softcell to increase its customer foot print in its various business units at all its branch locations.

- Softcell has six branches across India at New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai. Business Units in Softcell focus on selling IT solutions to address customer requirements in the domains of end to end Security, System Integration, Engineering Services and Mobility solutions.

Key activities that the Product Marketing Manager is expected to perform are :

- Develop and implement Marketing Plans of all business divisions. Coordinate closely with the branch teams for the development of the plan and conduct periodic reviews of the execution of the plan.

- Plan and execute a monthly marketing program for each branch / business unit with the objective of ensuring that opportunities are generated regularly.

- Analyse existing customer base of the business units across all branches and generate new databases that the branch teams can target for new customer acquisition.

- Drive and manage a central inside sales team that generates leads for specific products, solutions or initiatives across India.

- Create standard corporate collaterals, presentations, etc. that the sales team can use.

- Creating standard proposal templates for various business units; these templates would be focused on a solution based approach to solving the needs of the customer.

- Conduct research about new market segments and drive a marketing plan to address opportunities in the new segment for any of Softcell's businesses.

- Create and drive the Digital and Web based marketing strategy of the company including ownership of the content of website, portal and social media.

- Conduct dip stick test and surveys to assess customer satisfaction across branches and business units.

- The Product Marketing should have prior experience of 4-8 years in sales and marketing in at least one of the focus domain areas (Security, System Integration, Mobility Solutions, Engineering Services).

- Preferably a tech geek who has a good knowledge and perspective in the areas of general IT, mobility, cloud, social networking, etc.

- Should have expertise in writing functional specs of the website, portal and internal applications required by the Marketing team.

- Should have expertise in collateral creation.

- Should be a MBA / PGDM with Marketing specialisation from a premier institute.

- Should have good written and spoken communication skills.
