Job Description
Overview: Job involves managing existing relationships, within a listed set of customer companies all belonging to one Group (Key account), with a view to maximising our business engagement potential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead point of contact for most matters in the patch
- Build new and maintain all relationships with key individuals in the customer accounts
- Build & maintain an Account-Map
- Ferret opportunities for our participation preferably before the project is named/tagged
- Flag/escalate any mishap or potential lapse (Project tracking)
- Track all account metrics
- SPOC for high-severity issues /escalations
- Obtaining meeting appointments with key persons in the customer org
- Lead for developing, obtaining and measuring C-sat
- Gather market information pertaining to the listed patch
Requirements:
- Account management &/or relevant work experience
- Must show good communication skills to present+influence at all levels of the Customer org - especially so with project managers / influencers. (Ability to fluently speak in one additional language other than English & Hindi is preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Pleasant countenance
- MBA or a suitable professional degree, with minimum work experience of 3 years
