We contribute to enhancing employees- well-being, optimizing work processes and ensuring the proper function-ing and safety of sites for companies, hospitals, university campuses, correctional facilities and large worksites.

Reports To: Country President

Position Purpose:

Responsible for implementing and monitoring CSR/BTP initiatives within the business segments.

Key Result Areas:

- Create awareness about various CSR/BTP initiatives, programs of the organisation; actively participate in various initiatives as per the plans & coordinate with the site teams for data & reports....

- Develop site / client specific BTP & CSR plans and monitor progress. Reporting of these initiatives both internally and externally through online reporting systems.

- Develop communication tools & conduct training programs as required for implementation of these initiatives. Create a strong collaboration with NGO- s, Govt. agencies, client representatives and vendors in the area of eco friendly solutions, providing support to ISO 14001- LEED / other related certifications..

- Write articles, internal commutations about BTP & CSR plans, reports, data & innovations in the business.

- Support business development activities & client requirements in the area of CSR & environmental sustainability.

- Maintain database, manuals and records and generate accurate reporting data

- Conduct relevant trainings and awareness programs for operational teams.

- Contribute technical articles / Safety initiatives to the Company's periodic communication or publications

- Develop and maintain channels of communication with clients and operations with regard to Environment aspects.

- Plan and coordinate with regional managers, BTP Steering Committee on monthly activities, review and track team performance against set KPI's.

- Represent Sodexo at all times in a professional and ethical manner.

Key Competencies :

Science Graduate in Environmental Sciences / Social Sciences/ Technology / Engineering / Sustainability Discipline.

With relevant experience in CSR, Environmental management, Social projects, empowerment and Sustainability.

Knowledge of Environmental - Pollution Standards & Other related subjects (Energy management, LEED, ISO14001) required for Food kitchens / Building management
