- Managing relationships at various levels of National/Strategic brands in the region like Swiggy, CCD, Spar, Flipkart, Spencer etc. - Acquiring new Key/ Chain Merchants with higher service charge. - Maintaining a healthy Service Charge for existing portfolio as defined. - Review the volume of business across categories and take appropriate actions/ steps to drive business towards Merchants with higher commission in the portfolio. - Plan a calendar for value deals with specific merchants/ chains with higher Service Fee (Timeline : Quarterly) - Planned meeting with merchants at various levels. - Atleast one in-person meeting in a month by self. (Timeline : Monthly) - Dashboard to be shared on a weekly/ Monthly basis on the performance across categories. (Timeline : Monthly) - Initiate various Branding/ Marketing activities through various modes of campaign for increased visibility amongst our key/ Chain Merchants pan India (Timeline : Ongoing) - Promote effective usage of Merchant Portal. (Timeline : Ongoing) - Negotiating with Brands/Prominent outlets for secondary invoicing. - Handling entire process for the secondary invoicing.
