As we reinvent out employee benefit products, effective and strong marketing will play a vital role. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing of the employee benefit solutions offered by the brand. The incumbent will also work on the positioning, value proposition & activation for the brand.

- Actively manage the product roadmap and drive cross-functional projects to develop the product

- Develop & run specific digital campaigns for clients, merchants and consumers

- Generate client leads and feed them into the CRM funnel

- Develop tactical digital communications

- Manage the company's online reputation in India

- Build brand preference and create a consumer value proposition for Sodexo's meal benefit service in India

- Grow the adoption rate of Sodexo's meal benefit services

- Analyse needs of clients and design communication programs

- Work with the sales & affiliate teams to drive business growth

- Competition and market Analysis

- Anchor key long-term initiatives for Sodexo in India

- Grow the employee benefits portfolio in India

- Drive the positioning, consumer value proposition & activation for the brand.

- Build & strengthen the brand's equity over a period of time

- Create & manage integrated marketing strategies.
