Position Purpose: Responsible for HR related projects for key client's with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

Key Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a candidate who will lead & execute short term recruitment projects which align with Sodexo mission, goals, and growth.

- S/he will develop and execute targeted recruiting campaigns, seek opportunities to optimize the impact of our recruiting efforts, and drive the organization's Employer Branding efforts internally and externally.

- The selected candidate will balance working with a geographically dispersed team, senior business leaders & Sodexo's clients to understand their hiring needs.

Specific responsibilities include :

- Lead recruitment projects at client sites for flawless execution

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Key Competencies/ Experience :

- Very good educational background, preferably Masters in Business Management from an A-listed Institute

- Proven working experience in project management

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

- Excellent planning, organizing and decision making skills

- Strength in influencing, negotiating & conflict management.
