Digital & Offline Lead Generation Manager - Marketing
Purpose of the role: Run the Digital, social media and ORM programs for Sodexo BRS India. Manage digital assets. Lead the offline lead generation function. Drive Marketing lead ROI objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Run Digital Marketing campaigns to increase the brand's relevance
- Search Engine Optimization to increase the brand's page ranking
- Paid marketing campaigns on Google/ Bing/ LinkedIN to generate leads
- Manage the lead pipeline through marketing automation; lead the interface with Sales automation engine
- Content management - run the brand's blog with regular posts
- Ensure that the brand's website is updated regularly and is optimized
- Create community platforms to increase the digital engagement of consumers and merchants
Managing Offline Lead Generation Team:
- Manage digital assets
- Lead the offline lead generation function
- Drive Marketing lead ROI objectives
Desired Profile:
- MBA in Marketing from a good business school
- The person should have a working experience at least 5-8 years in marketing/ communication.
- An experience in a service B2B industry is a plus
- The person would have past experience of Digital Marketing with hands on experience to tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics 360, Tag Manager, Facebook/ LinkedIn Consoles, Wordpress etc.
- The person should be dynamic, analytical and able to work in autonomy
- The person should have good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS office and dealing with agencies
