Sodexo - Business Strategy Intern - CEO's Office - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI

We- re looking for an ambitious and passionate Intern to join us as part of the CEO's office. This role provides a unique opportunity to showcase your analytical capability, project and change management skills. The ideal candidate is passionate and is able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities -

- Support the CEO in the areas of business processes, change management, and planning

- Develop tools and models to support business decision-making

- Make recommendations on processes optimizations

- Liaise sensitively and confidentially with business leaders, support functions and enablers to collect and disseminate information

Qualifications and skills -

- Currently enrolled in an MBA or Ph.D. program from a Tier 1 institute

- Be able to complete 12-24 weeks at the Mumbai office between May 2019 and September 2019

- Fast-learner who can dive in detail, interested and able to perform simple office tasks

- Open-minded, with a high emotional intelligence and international cultural awareness

- Demonstrable engagement in extra-curricular activities (social, artistic, charitable)
