MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Support team reports to the COO of MAP and is in charge of MAP Operations.
This encompasses the operational on-boarding of new funds onto the platform in connection with internal and external stakeholders, the ongoing supervision of funds' operations (including valuation) and more generally every aspects of MAP operational organization and projects, along with the Analytics team.
- Overview of the NAV of the managed accounts
- Nav ex-ante controls and final sign off in respect with the procedures in place
- Follow-up of the NAV production in coordination with other departments involved (external service providers, other Lyxor teams e.g. Middle Office)
- Ex-post controls (e.g. Tracking error)
- Participation in the On-boarding process of new Funds
- Follow-up of the implementation process with the administrators of the Funds and the TA
- Participation in the various steps of the life cycle of the funds (opening, closure, changes in the structure...)
- Monitoring of the Service Providers
- Maintenance of an active and continuous relationship with the local service providers (Administrators, Prime Brokers, Counterparties...)
- Acting as external providers main contact for operational questions
- Transversal functions such as
- Control of the quality of funds related data as reported into the internal fund management system (LNS)
- Involvement in the website NAV data validation process
- Participation in the implementation of new setups, funds or service providers
- Participation in the continuous improvement of IT, operational processes and procedures in place
- Participation in the ISAE 3402 certification process (implementation, controls, compliance with procedures as defined in the report, audits)
- Participation in the recruitment process
