MISSION :

Responsibilities :

- Supervise the NAV calculation done on time and validation of funds.

- Interaction & regular communication with onsite partners for clarifications

- Ensure adherence to defined procedures

- Ensure adherence to time schedules & quality standards

- Respond promptly & effectively to client requests

- Organize workload & team members in an effective manner

- Work closely with superiors on various projects

- Proactively seek to identify and improve current core procedures.

- Deliver training /coaching effectively

- Provide objective and regular feedback to staff

- Provide inputs to improve work procedures that can enhance overall team performance

- Staff training & development

- Develop & Maintain an efficient governance structure

- Maintains long-term, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders

- Promotes cooperation and commitment with the team towards the attainment of common goals.

PROFILE :

- Bachelors degree in Commerce. Masters degree in Financial Management or Research is an added advantage.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Capital markets domain and 5 years of relevant experience into Fund accounting process.

- Mandatory experience of 5 years as People Manager with exposure to workforce allocation, periodic performance review etc.

- Fluency in MS Office Tools.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Investment Banking and Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds

- Good working knowledge of Mutual funds/Hedge funds and fund accounting

- Good knowledge of financial instruments and Capital markets

- Interaction & regular communication with onsite partners for clarifications

- Knowledge of Asset management (Mutual fund & Hedge funds) and supporting functions

- End to end NAV calculation and Capital Market product knowledge (e.g. derivatives, OTC, Fixed income, Money market instruments, etc.)

- Strong conceptual knowledge on accounting of capital market products

- Strong Knowledge of Corporate action and pricing policies

- Functional knowledge of Bloomberg and Reuters
