- Ensure that Societe Generale Global Solution Center (SG GSC) is able to manage any type of crisis and satisfy its commitments. Implements solutions to manage local constraints and to solve weaknesses of the existing framework.
- Maintains the Business Continuity Management (BCM) documentation and data up-to-date.
JD :
- Implement solutions to manage local constraints and to solve weaknesses of the existing framework
- Advise the senior management about the weaknesses of the framework
- Manage a complex organization (several buildings, cities, BC strategies)
- Advise the senior management about the pro/cons of each strategy
- Provide to the management a clear status of the Business Continuity Process (BCP) set up (including CMT)
- Coordinate the Business Continuity Process (BCP) exercises
- Maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) documentation and data up-to-date
- Maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions up and running
- Support the Crisis management team in case of crisis
Profile :
Sound knowledge of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) tools - REPLICA, BIATOOL, CONNECT, macros
- Good team player and coordination skills
- Good analytical skills
