iv. Ensuring policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by OPER management are adhered to at all times by the teams

Good knowledge of the global KRI on the confirmation and settlement perimeter
Sufficient knowledge on the various regulatory bodies ( CFTC/EMIR/DFA)
Good knowledge on ISDA definitions
Good knowledge on the various asset classess ( Rates, Credit, Equity, Commodity )
Knowledge of Capital Markets with exposure to Derivative products (OTC and CTY), Reconciliations, Accounting would be an added advantage
Accuracy and attention to detail, especially in relation to legal language
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively and extensively interact with all levels (from entry level analysts through managing directors)
Good knowledge on Affirmation, Drafting, Matching and dispute resolution in the OTC perimeter.
Good knowledge on the various events and trade life cycle of the derivative trade.
Relevant experience in derivatives Rates and Credit and commodity products and processing.

Role in the Work Flow
i. Overall Supervision OTC Derivative ( Confirmations + settlement ) perimeter
ii. Take part in any industry calls related to OTC Derivatives.iv. Monitor the KPI/KRI related to OTC perimeter. In-depth subject matter knowledge, including understanding of how ISDA MA/ CSA. In-depth knowledge of OTC documentation and key clauses (and fallbacks) from OTC. Understanding of Documentation Quality assurance processes and best practice
viii. Understanding of emerging technologies in derivatives and OTC contract management space. Understand and manage the day to day operations for the various product businesses. Delegate workload across the desk efficiently to yield maximum staff capacity. Second check through outgoing transaction documentation for transactions supporting. all global regions produced by the team
Management of production workflow ensuring all trades are issued within the Service.
Level Agreement (SLA). Develop relationships with the various internal vendors (for example, Middle Office. Front Office, Legal and Customer Services Groups) in ensuring all due diligence is performed in preparation for deal execution to be proceed. Assist in production of various reports to be presented to Senior Managements
Heavy involvement with project initiatives to improve the Documentation platform. Assist manager to develop the growth and development for all the staffs. Cascade and support management's visions to the team members. Management of operational risks within the daily processes.
