About Business Line :

- Centre for Integrated Human Resources(CIHRS) was operational in April 2010 as a DRHG initiative to improve efficiency in all HR processes in the areas of Hr-operations, Learning, Help desk services, Accounting recruitment, International mobility and HR-information systems across geographies(ASIA,AMER,UK)


- CIHRS takes care of HR activities related to Recruitment, Employee Life cycle management, Payroll and Benefits. Our services are driven by metrics based on Turnaround Time and Accuracy with a strong focus on governance, improvisation and transformation of services and greater value addition to our partners

Internal Interactions :

- Team members within Human Resource (HR)

- Functional/ Regional leadership with the Human Resource (HR) team

- Other teams within Human Resource (HR) Shared Services domain

- Delivery excellence teams

- Risk teams- Business Continuity Management teams

- Local Human Resource (HR)s and regional locations

- Human Resource (HR) Partners at the regional Hub

- Staff and line managers at regional locations

- Other teams outside Human Resource (HR) Services such expenses, finance

External Interactions :

- Third party vendors

Qualification :

- Graduate in any field. MBA in HR will be desirable

- Minimum of 8 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist capacity.

- Minimum of 4 years experience in HR Operations/ Middle Office Management

- Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

- Ability to present to Senior Management team and Board of Directors.

- Strong interpersonal skills and People Management

- Client focused, customer service disposition.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.

- Highly organized and self-motivated.

- Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse staff.

- Knowledge of Payroll and Statutory and Compliance .

Education level : Master's Degree

Work experience : 7-10 years
