SocialPilot - Finance Manager

- SocialPilot is looking for an experienced Finance Manager. You will be instrumental in automating and improving the accuracy of our consolidated planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- An ideal candidate will have experience optimizing finance processes for speed, agility, and insight.

- This role is full-time and is based out of our office in Ahmedabad, India.

What you will do:

- As a critical member of the team, you will provide leadership and oversight of all finance and accounting functions

- Design and own SaaS metric & KPI reporting, enabling business decision support

- Lead finance and accounting functions, improving processes, and advising executive leadership team members

- Direct budget, forecast processes, monitor financial performance and provide reporting for decision support

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages

- Implement and monitor SaaS metrics and KPIs to understand the performance and overall health of the business

What you are like:

- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS company

- High level of proficiency in spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and Tally

- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

- Knowledge of SaaS business models and experience in analyzing SaaS metrics
