RESPONSIBILITIES - Conceptualize, design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that truly stand out from the - noise- - Plan and execute campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora and other search, discovery, social media and contextual advertising platforms. - Experiment with new and upcoming platforms such as Product Hunt, Stack Overflow and Github Jobs for lead generation and community management - Setup, run and optimize our online paid campaigns, in concert with clear short and long-term company goals - Distribute relevant content in communities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack and other channels relevant to our target audience - Work collaboratively with internal teams to generate interesting, relevant content (such as graphics, blogs, videos, podcasts, newsletters and more!) REQUIREMENTS - Strong understanding of the principles of marketing messaging, with an innate ability to understand our target audience and create the best message for different marketing campaigns - Exceptional copywriting and line-editing skills, plus experience in content management - Basic understanding of design best practices, and an ability to create compelling graphics using pre-designed templates and tools such as Canva - Quick learner, must be able to experiment with new tools, technologies and campaigns to provide the best ROI on marketing spend - Attention to detail with great planning capabilities. Should be data-driven and be able to track efforts across all marketing channels. - Ability to work in an international, multicultural and cross-functional team
