Role - Social and Online Reputation Management (ORM )

Responsibilities
The role of Social & ORM will ensure brand presence, brand buzz, and engagement across digital platforms are positive.

ORM Management
- Create an online reputation management roadmap and structure. Develop a social media policy to promote our reputation.
- Responsible for Social media listening and online reputation management for customers, providing actionable information to preserve a positive perception of the company.
- Implement ORM to boost brand reputation on digital platforms.
- Uses Reputation Management software to monitor review sentiment, volume, reputation score, star ratings, brand loyalty and transparency, reputation trends, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Monitor prominent websites, social news sites, social bookmarking sites, social networks, and collaborative research sites
- Monitor monthly the number of competitors, new initiatives, and competitive benchmarking.
- Implement technologies to boost platform efficiencies and provide deeper insights
- Work with compliance, legal, IT, and Brand & Content to scale social and ORM
- Use several technologies to evaluate our internet reputation.
- High Traffic : Fix high-traffic unfavourable brand posts immediately. Push unfavourable reviews and mentions down SERPs and pull up positive reviews and mentions.
- Collaborate with internal digital marketing and strategy teams to understand business imperatives and marketing approach
- Develop organisational elements to implement a proactive process for capturing positive, loyal customer online reviews.
- Identify risks and opportunities from user-generated material. Inform management of risks.
- Analyze social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising efforts and translate qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and modification plans.
- Analyze, assess, and report on campaign efficacy to maximize results.
- Maintain response and resolution SLAs.
Specifically, the candidate should have:
- Experience 5 to 8 yrs
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ Certification/ Diploma in PR/Marketing/Communications etc.
- Self- Starter and should have ability set-up the ORM function.
- Proven experience of social media/online/digital tools, SEO effective PR techniques
- Demonstrated ability to help businesses and individuals build, maintain, salvage and promote their online reputation
- Hands-on knowledge of ORM tools, Experience with a reputation management platform
- Experience in social media listening, insights tools, analytics, reporting.
- An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings, and reviews, etc.
- Experience in leveraging social media with consumer support and working with marketing.
- Have excellent writing and language skills
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution. Conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
