Social Media Specialist - Startup - Remote - 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.

- Generate, publish and share engaging content daily ( original text, photos, videos, and product updates).

- Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the brand.

- Measure the success of every social media campaign.

- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.

- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

- Manage a budget for social media activities. Well-versed in running social media paid/ads campaigns.

- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network via social media.

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

- Hands-on social media experience for brand awareness, user engagement, and activation.

- Excellent knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels.

- Understanding of building social assets such as Instagram/YouTube channels organically.

- Well-versed in social media campaigns and analyzing the ROI..

- Good understanding of social media KPIs/OKRs.

- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them.

- Excellent multitasking skills.

- Knowledge of Pixel integration and Google Analytics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- A multi-tasker and self-starter.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Effective Analytical skills.

- Experience building a Brand's social assets (Instagram/YouTube) from scratch would be a PLUS.
