Social Media Marketing - Fintech
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and engagement
- Own end-to-end content/creative for various social channels
- Increase follower growth for SM channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter
- Create ORM strategy synched with internal and external stakeholders (agencies); own the sentiment
- Amplify YT channel for video content; build a strong vendor network for videos/assets creation
- Analyze metrics to track social media performance, report on key metrics and adjust social media strategies accordingly; capture highest SOV
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and implement best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute/amplify marketing campaigns
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and build relationships with relevant influencers
- Explore new channels/platforms/cross-branding/paid-partnership opportunities
- Own the social media budget
Required Skills:- 7+ years of hands on experience in driving social media/digital content across ecomm/BFSI/or other consumer-centric brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights - Social savvy and passion for social and digital media
- Good knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools. Should be updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
