The platform provides monetization avenues for 4.65 Billion social media lurkers (passive users) by enabling them to speculate on the short-video content created by other users on the platform. The vision is to create a user-driven and governed social media ecosystem with the users in the center.

- Not only would the users be given the majority share of the wealth that is being generated in the ecosystem, but the users will also have complete control over the various aspects of the platform such as governance, content moderation, development, and management, making the ecosystem more equitable and user-centric.

- Role & Responsibilities Build and manage the companys social media profile and presence on Twitter Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI Ideal

- Candidate Proven working experience in social media marketing Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability Fluency in English Proficient in managing Twitter Familiarity with online marketing channels Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices
