Social Media Manager

Location: Gurgaon

- Ideal candidate must have experience in conceptualizing, implementing and monitoring Digital/Social Media campaigns.

- He / She should be accountable for social media execution across all social platforms for the brand.

Strategise and execute social media and branding programs from concept to execution in partnership with social media team and various internal external cross-functional departments/partners.

- Help in strategic development and execution of all social media marketing initiatives. You will manage day-to-day social media activities including, but not limited to, content generation and curation, campaign development, community outreach, paid social advertising, promotions, performance analysis, ongoing moderation and optimization.

- Additional efforts tied to social analytics and business metrics/measurements in order to adequately gauge performance, optimize initiatives, and establish best practices will also be key requirements of the position.

- Excellent communication with strong verbal and written skills

- Strong and visually superior presentation skills on PowerPoint + word

- Analytical mind with quick turnaround

- Well informed and updated about significant advancement across social media platforms

- Strong orientation to timelines

- Must be an active user with a personal klout score of 30+

Role description in brief:

- Analyses social media page(s) and communities, monitor feed

- Plan and monitor and build brand communities across FB, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and Pinterest

- Evaluate brand pages and build analysis on trends and best practices

- Build engagement best practices by introducing interesting content/write-ups

- Customer interaction in real time environment

- Be the face and voice of the brand, providing communication and growth plans.

- Plan and present solutions and adhere to brand guidelines

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Post Graduate/Graduate - Specialized in Marketing/advertising communication.

- 2-4 years relevant experience in Social Media management with an agency.

- Well versed with Social media (both as administrator and user) with in-depth knowledge.

- Should posses ability to articulate, persuasive and presentation skills, analytical outlook, good written and verbal communication skills with a creative thought process.

- Quality of work and attention to detail will be of utmost importance.
