Social Media Manager - IT Product Firm

Position: Social Media Manager (Leading IT Product Company)

Role:

- Writes post and manages the company blog

- Creates daily/ regular content for Facebook, Twitter, Google+

- Weekly reporting and managing the Social dashboard

- Acts as moderator for all channels by interacting with audience, answering questions, and starting conversations

- Seek new communities and forums to troll and engage audience

- Works with Editorial and Marketing teams to support site initiatives and develop new ideas

- Monitors the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities

- Researches, writes and distributes press releases to targeted media

Requirements:

- 4-5 years social media experience (strong internship experience if no full-time experience)

- 5-6 years writing experience

- Excellent communication skills: oral and written

- Passionate about Social Media

- Familiarity with Social analytics

- Has the ability to spot trends and create unique stories around trending searches

- Open for flexible working hours to support global work environments
