- Social Media Management - Manage strategy, proactive content, applications, contests, reports etc. to improve the engagement rates on social media platforms. The idea is to leverage every piece of information that can be shared on public forums and gain engagement from prospects and members.

- Projects - Strategize, brief and lead projects for various business objectives - lead generation, brand engagement, awareness, reshaping demand,

- Campaign Management (Acquisition) - Manage leads / sales generation campaigns across all social media platforms while ensuring that lead targets for each control location is achieved without compromising the quality of the leads. Daily optimizations should be managed in coordination with the agency to ensure delivery and performance. Current focus is on Facebook ads.

- Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

- Coordinates with the Marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media award based programs
