Job Summary: Hiring a Social Media Manager with with 2+ years of expertise in brand-specific social media management,to work in a Bangalore based, Series A, well-funded, footwear brand founded by international shoe experts from the U.

S, Italy and India.

The company has been growing by 2x year on year with proven track record in both B2B and E Commerce channels with growing demand for Exports.

Location - Koramangala, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.

- Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.

- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and product development, to gather content and insights for social media posts.

- Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly and appropriately.

- Planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Using social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirement:

- The candidate should have 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand

- Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Mastery of industry-standard editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop for creating high-quality videos and motion graphics.
