Social Media Manager

- Leading finTech company in Delhi/NCR is looking for Social Media Manager, who will manage the social media channels of the Company and will be responsible for curating and planning content for the content calendar. This role will report to Marketing Head, of the company.

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

- Monitor the company's social media accounts, communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

- Manage the creation and publication of monthly social media calendar

- Monitor and report social media metrics

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

- ORM handling alongwith community management
