Bangalore based, 1000+ Plus people strong, been around for 4 years, and raised 4 round of venture capital funding; One of the E learning Company hiring for Sr.Social Media Marketing Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile -

1. Has a passion for the independent jurisdiction, exponential learning and the accompanying hustle of a Startup.

2. 2-12 years experience of driving social media strategy, buzz, managing various channels.

3. Someone equally comfortable with strategy & execution.

4. Possesses a creative flair coupled with an ability to make data driven decisions.

5. Has an ability to thrive under pressure, work within tight deadlines and a shoe string budget if needed.

6. Exposure to the education/ e-learning space would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Plan, orchestrate and execute social media & influencer driven campaigns end to end.

2. Own the entire campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution to post-mortem analysis.

3. Chart out an overall social strategy with an eye on creating earned media, buzz, revenue in that order of priority.

4. Work with the PR function to ensure social media traction gets converted into media mileage wherever possible
