Social Media Manager - eCommerce

Social Media Manager:

Urban Ladder is a tight-knit start-up that's been at the forefront of driving furniture e-commerce in India. In this space, building and managing the online community and more importantly engaging them is of great importance to us.

Role:

- The ideal person for this role should live and breathe social media - Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Vine and whatever else is the next big thing!

- You- ll be responsible for defining and managing all the content on these social media channels.

- You- ll be developing fun, new ideas ranging from stories, events/contests, videos, and determining best practices for flawless execution.

- You- ll be required to monitor and measure the engagement and the success of the different campaigns with channel-specific metrics.

Requirements:

- At least 2+ years of experience in a passionate social media enthusiast role is a big plus.

- Have the talent and flexibility to drive interaction in the social media channels - proven ability to interact with diverse groups

- Must enjoy writing - strong written and verbal communication is a must-have.

- Ability to work cross-functionally across all teams in the organization

- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

- Graduation or post-graduation in mass communication preferred.

- Personal Attitude: Friendly, personable and sociable.
