Job Description

Primary focus as follows:

Reporting and Measurement - Help organizations understand the health of their communities; Provide a way for communities to measure the effectiveness of campaigns

- Assist in the understanding and application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to areas like expertise and recommendations

- Analyze data sets (i.e. A3 data) to look for trends and spot outliers; look for and track trends; combine data from multiple sources to look for correlation (i.e. combine attrition data with A3 data to see if individuals who collaborate are more likely to stay with the company)

- Participate in/lead a ROI study where data helps drive our success story in the collaboration space.

- Drive adoption of dashboards and scorecards

- Advise communities on effectively interpreting and leveraging metrics

- Manage the health check process - coaching, advising on health checks for communities.

- Create Quarterly/Annual reports for telling our collaboration story

- Serve as advisor to the business Skills & Work Experience Must have Strong analytical skills; data visualization; Familiarity with data tools like Excel, Access and/or Tableau Good to have

Knowledge Management/Social Collaboration; Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence/Natural Language Processor Skills:

- Strong collaboration skills

- Proven ability to work without constant oversight and step-by-step direction

- Strong problem solving skills

- Strong attention to detail
